1971-10-25｜2758號決議：改變代表權，沒有裁定臺灣主權

本集必須明確區分三件事：第一，2758號決議改變了中國在聯合國的代表權；第二，中華人民共和國取得中國席位與安理會常任理事國席位；第三，決議文字沒有確認臺灣主權歸屬於誰，也沒有直接處理臺灣是否應由誰代表。中國政府、臺灣方面及其他國家對後續法律與政治意義有不同解讀，本集分開呈現，不把立場當成決議原文。
